Héctor Esrawe

Hector Esrawe studied industrial design at the Universidad Iberoamericana (1992). He is the creator of the DIMO brand, and since 2004 has been director of the furniture, object, and interior design firm Esrawe Diseño. He has received numerous awards, such as the Premio Quórum in the category of furniture (1999), as well as silver (2004) and bronze (2005) mention, and second place in the “Historic Center Urban Furnishings Design” competition in Querétaro (2002).

His work has been published in Surface, Metropolis, Architectural Record, and Interior Design Magazine. He was the first coordinator of the Industrial Design degree program at the Centro de Diseño y Comunicación in Mexico City, and he remains on the academic board of the institution.
